Phil represents private employers and government organizations in employment and complex litigation. He litigates cases under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and constitutional claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Prior to joining Elarbee Thompson, Phil clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Brian K. Epps in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
