The EEO-1 Report is a mandatory federal survey conducted by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). It requires private sector employers to report employment data categorized by race/ethnicity, gender, and job category (referred to as “Component 1 data”).

After a lengthy pause, the Social Security Administration (SSA) is once again issuing Employer Correction Request Notices, commonly known as “no-match letters.” Since March, the SSA has reportedly issued approximately 575,000 no-match letters to employers.
