Molly represents both private employers and local governmental organizations in employment and complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Elarbee Thompson, Molly worked at a defense firm, where she represented employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of litigation, including mediation and trial. She also has extensive experience in representing employers and their respective insurers in connection with workers’ compensation and related coverage disputes.
Currently representing numerous private and governmental entities in employment claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle-blower retaliation claims, and wage and hour violations.
Molly is also involved in a highly complex civil action against a major equipment manufacturing involving millions of dollars in potential exposure, and claims pertaining to Georgia’s Agriculture Equipment Dealer Statute and the Georgia RICO Act.
