Joseph “J.B.” Lee

J.B. Lee’s practice is focused on providing counsel to corporate clients regarding employment law and business litigation. Through his broad range of nationwide litigation experience, J.B. is able to passionately guide and defend corporate clients in complex disputes involving federal employment laws such as Title VII, the ADA, and the FLSA. J.B. also prides himself on being a skilled writer who helps companies draft highly specified non-compete, non-solicit, and various other employment-related agreements and policies.
J.B.’s approach to client service is centered on having a detailed understanding of each client’s business endeavors and direction, providing clear and direct advice tailored to their specific needs. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex disputes while minimizing risk and aligning their legal strategy with their operational objectives.
Born and raised in the Atlanta area, J.B. is proud to still call the city home and provide legal guidance for his community. He attended the University of Georgia for both undergraduate and law school and is a fervent Bulldogs fan.
Outside of work, J.B. enjoys spending time with friends, running on the Beltline, watching old movies, collecting records, and spending time with his dog “Bobby.”
