Joseph "J.B." Lee

J.B.’s practice is focused on providing counsel to corporate clients regarding employment law and business litigation. Through his broad range of nationwide litigation experience, J.B. is able to passionately guide and defend corporate clients in complex disputes involving federal employment laws such as Title VII, the ADA, and the FLSA. J.B. also prides himself on being a skilled writer who helps companies draft highly specified non-compete, non-solicit, and various other employment-related agreements.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, J.B. is proud to still call Atlanta home. He attended the University of Georgia for both undergraduate and law school and is a fervent Bulldogs fan.

Outside of work, J.B. enjoys spending time with friends, watching old movies, and running on the Beltline.
