Representative Matters

Successfully defended class actions and other collective actions relating to race, gender and age discrimination claims.

Defended companies in employment-related litigation and represented employers in traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice proceedings, representation cases, arbitrations and collective bargaining.

Represented multiple cities and counties in lawsuits alleging sexual harassment; sex, race, age, disability and national origin discrimination; and such constitutional claims as those alleging due process and equal protection violations, as well as First Amendment freedom of speech claims.
