Andrew Suarez

Andrew Suarez, an associate at the Firm, represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His work entails advising and defending clients in litigations involving federal employment statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, OSHA regulations, and other federal protections. Andrew often represents clients before administrative agencies, bringing a thoughtful and client-oriented approach to all cases he works on.

Andrew has a strong ability to build strong relationships with clients through open communication and a genuine interest in their businesses and industries. He values proactive collaboration and works to ensure clients feel supported throughout the process of handling disputes and compliance matters. Fluent in Spanish, Andrew brings an additional level of connection to clients in diverse workplaces.

Raised in Macon, Georgia, Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in History and Spanish from the University of Georgia. Following several years of working internationally in South America, Europe, and Australia, he returned to the U.S. to pursue his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Andrew now calls Atlanta home, where he enjoys spending time with his dog and two cats, watching tennis tournaments, and often returns to Athens to cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs. He stays active by playing soccer and tennis and is always looking forward to planning his next international trip.
