Clayton Chambers, a local of Atlanta, is proud to provide counsel to clients in his hometown. As an associate at Elarbee Thompson, Clayton represents clients in complex litigation and employment defense matters, including employee discrimination, labor relations, and restrictive covenant litigation. His work focuses on representing both individuals and corporate entities across various industries, with a particular emphasis on navigating workplace-related disputes.
As a recent graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Clayton gained formative experience early on in labor and employment law through a summer internship at Elarbee Thompson. This experience, combined with his interest in client-oriented legal work and the diverse challenges in the field, solidified his passion for this area of law. Clayton holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Georgia, as well as a Certificate in Legal Studies from the Terry College of Business.
Clayton’s values as a practitioner are rooted in client service, finding their foundation in his drive to foster responsiveness, accountability, and attention to detail in his relationships. He aims to have a holistic understanding of each client’s endeavors and concerns, effectively prioritizing their needs and offering clear, trustworthy counsel.
Outside the office, Clayton spends time with his nine nieces and nephews, exploring Atlanta’s food scene, hiking, and taking his labradoodle on adventures to the city’s parks.
