Stan has worked with unionized companies to modify collective bargaining agreements and past practices to address rising healthcare costs and to defend cases regarding modifications to retiree health benefits. He has provided counseling and assistance on plant relocations and consolidations, collective bargaining and strikes.
Stan represented a large company in a fraud/negligence case involving professional liability. He works within the firm's Complex Litigation Group handling other professional liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omission claims, as well as high-value commercial litigation.
