William D. Deveney
Will is a member of the Complex Litigation Practice Group and has experience in business and commercial litigation, transactional activity and directors and officers errors and omissions. Additionally, he focuses in the areas of product liability and toxic torts, fraud and embezzlement and large exposure matters. Will also works with clients on employment-related matters within a variety of industries, including manufacturing, commercial, and retail. His clients strongly trust the advice and counseling he gives regarding best practices, litigation avoidance, strategy and trial tactics.
