Justin represents clients nationwide in both federal and state courts. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of litigation subject areas, including RICO, products liability, shareholder derivative actions, business valuation cases, trade secrets, breach of trust or fiduciary duty matters, lost profits, consumer fraud, business torts, constitutional, civil rights, and computer fraud cases.

Complex Litigation:
Justin has served as lead counsel in a variety of high-stakes litigation for clients, including RICO and fraud recovery cases, collective and class actions, shareholder derivative actions, purchase and sale agreements, defective industrial machinery, franchise and dealer agreements, and business valuation cases.

Business Litigation:
Justin represents businesses, corporations, partnerships, companies, private equity groups, and individuals in a variety of business and commercial tort cases, including business divorce cases, Georgia Trade Secrets Act cases, commercial arbitrations, breach of fiduciary duty cases, embezzlement and conversion cases, and contract disputes.

Catastrophic & Significant Injury Litigation:
Justin’s practice includes catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability matters, and product liability actions.

Labor & Employment Litigation:
Justin has handled arbitrations for companies all over the country. He aids with collective bargaining, labor agreements, and strikes. Justin also handles union campaign issues, including representation hearings, and elections. He has also served as lead counsel in state & federal court lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, and employment torts.
